As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service while assisting visitors and tenants. Time : Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Collaborate with onsite staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns specific to the commercial real estate location.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and / or any security-related events as required by site protocols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and / or restricted areas as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
