Electronics repair technician

Repair Tech (Semiconductor) | East Austin Join our collaborative East Austin team repairing Turbo Molecular Pumps & vacuum systems. Seeking a mechanically inclined pro for component-level diagnostics & repair. Must be skilled with hand / power tools & thrive in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

salary : $20 - $24 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

education : No Degree Required

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Technical Repair : Perform teardowns, diagnostic testing, and component-level repairs on complex vacuum pumps and electronic power supplies.
• Mechanical Execution : Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to assemble / disassemble precision equipment with high accuracy.
• Troubleshooting : Use analytical skills to identify malfunctions and perform preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of repairs, utilize shipping / courier software, and communicate status updates via email / internal systems.
• Safety & Standards : Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with semiconductor-grade safety and quality regulations.
