[job_card.job_description]Experience with automation tools and processes Familiarity with reliability best practices and system performance improvement Experience with monitoring alerts and dashboards Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of production systems and applications Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption Identify defects and collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve them Implement RFCs and perform pre and post-validation of servers during traffic diversion Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely support for high-impact incidents Document incidents and solutions for knowledge management and continuous improvement Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive team culture that values collaboration and innovation

Introduction

You will be instrumental in providing ongoing support and enhancement of our infrastructure and applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in production support engineering or SRE roles, preferably within the banking industry
- Strong knowledge of cloud services
- Proficient in languages such as Core Java, Splunk, Kibana, Grafana
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
