Client Service Specialist
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist to join a boutique wealth management firm. This is a back-office role with some client interaction via email and phone, focused on delivering exceptional service and operational support. You'll manage client requests, collaborate with advisors, and help improve processes to enhance the client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client service requests (account openings, transfers, ACH, RMDs, stock donations).
Communicate with clients and custodians to resolve operational issues.
Prepare reports and assist with quarterly client reporting.
Maintain CRM and portfolio management systems (Salesforce, Orion).
Support meeting preparation and contribute to process improvements.

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience
Must have prior experience in wealth management, brokerage, or investment advisory.
Strong understanding of financial operations (e.g., ACAT, ACH, RMD).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing); Orion software a plus.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
