This role requires strong vendor management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain the best product quality with competitive pricing across all regions. The ideal candidate possesses a keen understanding of market trends and strong negotiation skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing both strategies and hands-on execution to optimize sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive produce sales growth through effective assortment strategies, margin management, and promotion planning.
• Monitor product quality and inventory levels, and take proactive measures to manage shelf life and availability.
• Oversee inventory allocation and internal transfer with regional teams to ensure product quality and timely arrival.
• Execute impactful promotions by identifying high-quality, in-demand items at optimal pricing.
• Manage purchase orders working with vendors, warehouse team, and supply chain team to ensure seamless fulfillment.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing, quality, and product availability.
• Address AP (Accounts Payable) issues through proactive vendor communication.
• Analyze sales performance data, inventory levels, and customer service reports to refine sales strategies and resolve problems.
• Prepare reports and insights for weekly management meetings.
