Job Summary :

The Commercial Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial equipment and systems. This includes troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure continuous operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of servicing complex HVAC systems like chillers, rooftop units, air handlers, and heating systems along with experience and knowledge of refrigeration systems. The role requires quick problem-solving skills, knowledge of safety codes, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Pay : $30.00- $38.00 Per Hour

Schedule :

Full time position | Monday – Friday
Overtime opportunities available

Work Location :

Based in Louisville, KY

Relocation assistance available

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and Repair HVAC Systems and refrigeration units - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various commercial HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related problems

Perform Preventive Maintenance on HVAC systems and refrigeration units

Emergency Service Calls

Identify faulty components and recommend solutions or replacements

Maintain service records and documentation of work performed

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Qualifications :

3 years of service technician experience in the commercial HVAC field

Refrigeration experience preferred

Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures

Certification or licensing as required by industry standards

Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and schematics
