A company is looking for a Strategic Account Director - Humana and Regional.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Strategic Account Managers to implement strategies for optimal access and reimbursement of the product portfolio
Negotiate and execute formulary contracts with customers, primarily focusing on Humana
Develop and drive execution of cross-functional strategic account plans to meet organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree & 2 years, Master's degree & 6 years, Bachelor's degree & 8 years, or Associate degree & 10 years of collective account management experience
Strongly prefer candidates with experience as an existing Regional Account Executive or in Government / National Accounts Teams
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH) is preferred
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing people
Significant prior Account Management or Payer experience is preferred
