Compensation:

• Base Pay of $15-19/Hour - (based on experience, client assessment, client location)
• Daily Incentive Shifts $18-20/Hour
• On-Call Option: Base Rate $20/Hour
• Weekend Shifts Paid With Incentive
• Overnight Shifts Paid With Incentive
• Paid Bi-Weekly
• Direct Deposit

Schedule Availability:

We take great pride on delivering on our promise of flexible scheduling. We work with each individual team member to get them the schedule that works for them. Some of the options for scheduling are:

• Weekends Only
• 4, 6, 8, 12, 10 Hour Shifts (You can choose only short shifts or long shifts or something in between)
• 2 Weekends/Month
• 3 Holidays/Year
• Overnights Only

Duties:

• Providing hospice supportive care
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
• Assisting with blood glucose monitoring
• Care of bed-bound patients
• Incontinence care
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Experience in:

• Hoyer lift
• Personal care
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Companionship
• Light cleaning

Requirements:

• Must Be A Licensed CNA
• Valid drivers license and insured car
