Investment Management Team Property Accountant
We arecurrently seeking a dedicated Property Accountant to join our InvestmentManagement Team in Boston, MA. This is a newly created position offeringcompetitive compensation dependent on experience, with a salary range of$65,000 to $85,000 per year, plus a targeted bonus. Initially, the rolerequires 100% in-office presence for the first 90 days to facilitate onboardingand acclimation. However, there is flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement of4 days in the office and 1 day remote thereafter, with potential for adjustmentbased on interview performance.
Toqualify for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree inAccounting, along with a minimum of 4 years of accounting-related propertyaccounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Yardi isrequired.
