A company is looking for a Data Operations Manager to oversee the accuracy and reliability of data operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound data exchanges to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

Collaborate with Engineering and Platform Development to improve data acquisition and delivery systems

Establish dashboards and monitoring processes to track performance and data quality metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data operations, data management, or file integration, preferably in healthcare

Strong understanding of large-scale data pipelines and healthcare data formats

Solid technical foundation with SQL and cloud storage concepts

Proven ability to resolve complex data quality and delivery issues

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
