Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate provides general accounting, compliance, and administrative support to help process daily data entry, reconciliations, reporting and filing requirements contributing to the overall financial integrity of our company. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, dependable, and driven by accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Processing and reconciliation of a variety of accounting, licensing, and contract documents received by the agency
• Consistently apply workflows and agency protocol as outlined in our policies and procedures
• Assist in ensuring compliance with licensing, contractual obligations, and state filings
• Research and follow up on notices or issues in association with assigned tasks
• Generate various internal and external reports timely to support both accounting and customer service teams
• Scan and record documents processed for audit
• Cross-train to handle a variety of administrative and clerical functions
