Participate in on-call duties during the week and on weekends (depending on specialty). Responsibilities Collect, record, and maintain patient information, including : Medical histories, Reports, and Examination results Manage and treat patients within scope of practice. Analyze records, reports, test results, and examination information to diagnose medical conditions. Interpret test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment. Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients. Monitor patient conditions and progress, reevaluating treatments as necessary. Provide reliable, high-value, and evidence-based medicine supported by education and research. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to track patient visits and information related to physician / patient encounters. Perform Evaluation and Management (E / M) coding for physicians.
