Position Summary Information Job Description Summary Responsible for leading and audits and observation of work to evaluate program compliance with policies and procedures and adherence to grant requirements. Will ensure development and compliance of standard operating procedures and handling of personal identifiable identification. Will also be responsible for ensuring professional development is completed by all staff. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor Degree.
One (1) year experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, auditing, or compliance assurance or related field. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge of program or grant policies and regulations.
Ability to translate policy and ensure accountability for all grant requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Knowledge in monitoring and assessing program compliance. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree.

Job Duties Job Duty Coordinate the annual professional development plan for each grant funded employed to meet program requirements and ensure that all AEL and ESL staff accrue the required PD hours to remain in compliance with state standards. Job Duty Develops and conducts routine internal audit processes to ensure compliance with TWC and AEL grant requirements. Monitors changes in the laws or regulations, updating policies as needed. Job Duty Works with AEL director to create and implement standard operating procedures and policies in accordance with Workforce Innovation Act (WIOA) and the Texas Workforce Commission. Job Duty Provision of technical assistance for improvement and enhancement.
