As a Security Officer - Unarmed Property Patrol in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while staying highly visible throughout the property. You will interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, providing outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.
  • Collaborate with property management and / or law enforcement as directed in response to incidents or emergencies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or irregularities encountered while on duty.
  • Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols to support the security-related needs of the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
