Air Shield Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated and energetic HVAC

Outbound Appointment Setter. We want someone who can help us grow our business by

connecting with potential customers over the phone. If you are a driven self-starter with a

friendly and professional phone demeanor, we encourage you to apply!

What youll do :

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services.

Generate new sales leads and set appointments for our sales and service teams.

Follow a prepared script, adapting it to the specific needs of each customer.

Engage with customers to understand their HVAC needs and effectively explain

how our services can benefit them.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.

Handle customer questions and concerns professionally

What youll bring :

Proven Experience : Prior experience in outbound appointment setting

environment is preferred but not required.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills, including a clear

and a confident speaking voice.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Resilience : Motivation, persistence, and resilience when handling customer

objections.

Work Ethic : Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
