A company is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, Expert Contributor Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Head of EC Experience to create and manage programs that scale the EC Lifecycle

Translate priorities into structured operating plans with measurable milestones and drive cross-functional initiatives

Develop performance tracking mechanisms to ensure visibility into key metrics and outcomes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management roles; 3-5 years in people leadership

Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and ability to define metrics

Experience launching and scaling complex cross-functional initiatives

Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces and define strategy

High ownership and strong prioritization skills
