We are hiring a Bilingual Sales Support Specialist to join our team and work closely with one of our top-performing sales representatives. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and expanding the top performer’s growing portfolio by providing high-level support to her and her clients.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, and a strong commitment to excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Client Support : Act as a direct point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
• Order Management : Process customer orders accurately, track shipments, and resolve any issues with delivery or logistics.
• Data Analysis : Use Excel and other tools to analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Team Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, operations, and transportation, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
• Administrative Tasks : Prepare sales presentations, quotes, and proposals in both Chinese and English.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term business growth.
• Learning and Development : Gain a deep understanding of the seafood industry and sales process, leveraging knowledge to better serve clients.
• Problem Solving : Proactively address challenges and provide solutions, maintaining a results-driven attitude.
