As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the property in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and address any security-related concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate contacts as directed by Allied Universal.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and to support a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

Collaborate with property management and local authorities as directed by Allied Universal during security-related events.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Experience working at locations with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
