What you’ll bring :

• Proven superintendent experience on asphalt paving for highways / interstates.
• Strong leadership managing crews, subcontractors, and onsite logistics.
• Deep understanding of paving operations, QC / QA, production scheduling, safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management (DOT, clients, field staff).
• Motivated, proactive, and ready to run large‑scale paving operations.
