Security Officer - Cre Patrols

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and general activity within the commercial real estate location to support a secure environment.
  • Document observations, incidents, and / or activities clearly and promptly as required by site protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address questions or report concerns.
  • Assist with access control procedures and verify identification as required by site-specific guidelines.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
