Essential duties and responsibilities include :

• Greeting members, prospective members, and guests, providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Enforcing the Judgement Free Zone
• Always smile and be courteous.
• Taking prospects on tours.
• Handling all front desk related activities including :
• Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a variety of questions.
• Checking members into the system.
• New member sign-up.
• Taking prospective members on tours.
• Helping members download the PF Mobile App.
• Facilitating needed updates to member's accounts.
• Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevating to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Completing assigned cleaning areas.
• Promoting sales of Tanning lotions and Memberships.
• Creating connections with the community.

Compensation : $16.50 per hour
