About this Position

The Testing Center Coordinator oversees daily operations at the CHS Testing Center ensuring exams are conducted securely and efficiently. Responsibilities include scheduling coordinating and proctoring assessments maintaining testing integrity and providing excellent service to students and faculty. The role requires attention to detail confidentiality and strong communication skills in a fast-paced academic environment. This position will also handle scheduling and remote proctoring for exams at the Tahlequah Testing Center.

Required Qualifications

  • High School / GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and customer service rich environment.
  • A minimum of 6 months-1 year of data entry experience.

Certifications Registrations and / or Licenses :

  • Valid Drivers license

    • Skills Proficiencies and / or Knowledge :

  • Proficiency in the latest versions of software applications including MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and various multimedia tools
  • Comfortable in a PC environment
  • Willingness and capability to learn new knowledge of specialized software
  • Maintains a high standard of confidentiality safeguarding sensitive information

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors

    • 2 years of previous testing experience in a higher-educational setting
