Our Vision for this Role

Based in Cleveland, OH, this position for Analyst II will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting diverse streams of data across several of our franchise brands to help inform critical Operations, HR, and Marketing decisions. Reporting to our Manager of BI / Reporting, this will be a key role with visibility across the organization and direct access to senior leadership across the brands.

What We Will Accomplish Together

• Building dashboards in Power BI to help key stakeholders visualize trends and understand impacts to the business
• Conducting root cause analysis to understand cause and effect and support critical business decisions on path forward with Brand Presidents, Senior operators, and Department Heads
• Summarizing and synthesizing core findings and providing recommendations based on data analysis
• Evaluating effectiveness of marketing campaigns / promotions through return on investment and pre-post net of control assessments, partnering closely with our data science and marketing teams
• Helping to drive value creation opportunities by serving as an objective thought partner to key stakeholders
