Deal Breakers :

Minimum 2 years of recent LPN / LVN Med-Surg experience

Must have active and unrestricted LPN / LVN license

Must be willing to work night shifts (6 : 45 PM – 7 : 15 AM)

Must have current BLS certification

Job Description :

Seeking an experienced Travel LPN to join the Float Pool team for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care across multiple units as needed. This role requires adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across various Med-Surg units

Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation

Assist with assessments, wound care, and basic treatments under RN supervision

Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection-control standards

Support patients and families with education and updates

Float to multiple units as assigned

Required Certifications :

Active LPN / LVN License (State or Compact)

BLS – Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
