Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking an Electrician to join their team. As an Electrician, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services supporting building operations and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : 1401 E Broad Richmond VA

What's the Job?

• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities
• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and installation of new equipment
• Check, repair, and replace components such as valves, motors, controls, switches, wiring, fans, pumps, and compressors
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely
• Review maintenance records to develop proactive inspection and preventive maintenance schedules
