Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care according to established nursing standards. You will collaborate closely with medical providers and the care team to ensure comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients during admission and on each shift, swiftly recognizing and reporting any changes in their condition.
• Performing medical procedures, monitoring protocols, and ensuring meticulous documentation of care provided.
• Administering medications as prescribed, observing patients for therapeutic responses, and responding appropriately to any adverse reactions.
• Providing outstanding patient care by promptly addressing requests and anticipating potential needs.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medication management to empower their understanding and support.
