Revenue Cycle Specialist

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative responsible for managing insurance claims and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately submit claims and respond to denials while managing insurance follow-up and collections

Research and resolve issues related to payments, charges, and insurance denials

Maintain work queues and document collection activities thoroughly

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Degree

Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities

Understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures

Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)

Participation in training seminars to enhance job knowledge
