Dc Coordinator

The DC Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations specifically focusing on customer service, order quality control, and logistics coordination. This is a hands-on role working in the warehouse as well as with carriers and warehouse leadership to ensure proper order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include :

  • Serve as main contact for customers regarding order status, and any issues
  • Prepare shipping documentation such as packing slips, bills of lading, international paperwork, and shipping labels
  • General warehouse tasks such as receiving, cycle counts, packing, and housekeeping.
  • Complete computer based data entry for shipping, inventory, planning, and KPI tracking
  • Participate in 5S, kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse operations required with at least 1 year in a lead role. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and be able to quickly learn warehouse POS systems. Previous experience in a customer facing role, shipping, and transportation is required. Continuous improvement or Lean experience preferred.
