Stream is on a mission to elevate the quality of apps for billions of users worldwide. We're seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations (US) to lead and evolve our People Ops strategy for the US team. You'll be the go-to person for employees and managers, ensuring compliance, driving engagement, and building efficient processes that scale with our growth. This is a full-time job opening based in our Boulder office (hybrid mode, 3 days / week in-office presence is expected).

Key Responsibilities

US People Ops Ownership

• Own the full scope of People Ops for our US organization, ensuring compliance, engagement, and alignment with global practices.
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws, leave regulations, and employment documentation.
• Oversee contracts, onboarding, and offboarding for US-based employees.
• Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and open enrollment in partnership with Finance.
• Lead and support the US Office Manager.
• Anticipate risks and proactively design programs and policies that protect both the business and employee experience.
• Provide strategic counsel to managers and leadership on employee relations, performance, and organizational design.

Salary (for Colorado only) : Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidate's skills, level of experience, and location. For Colorado-based candidates, the salary range for this position is $110k -150k. Compensation at all other locations will be based on the factors as stated above.
