About the Role

We're looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the organization. You'll play a critical role in designing smarter workflows, streamlining operations, and driving sustainable change.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams from operations leadership to change management to build and implement processes that power LawnStarter's continued growth. You'll report directly to the Associate Director of Operations.
