Senior Workplace Investigator

A company is looking for a Sr. Workplace Investigator to conduct complex investigations related to workplace misconduct and compliance violations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end investigations on workplace misconduct and compliance concerns

Analyze policies to determine conduct violations and prepare detailed investigative reports

Develop and conduct training on investigatory practices and workplace conduct issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as liberal arts, public administration, or social sciences

Five years of experience in Human Resources or workplace investigations

Familiarity with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions

Advanced writing skills for comprehensive report production

Knowledge of data privacy laws including GDPR and HIPAA
