A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an  Aerospace Trainer / Instructor

Position Type :  Full Time, Contract

Duration :  12 + months

Location : Everett, WA (Onsite)

As an Aerospace Trainer / Instructor, you will :

Job Description

Position Responsibilities :

Defines project scope and recommends deliverables, budget, and resources.

Oversees curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing, and system access requirements.

Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods. Performs as a lead instructor in a specialized content area.

Deploys development tools and monitors implementation.

Identifies potential issues that impact performance and leads the performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations.

Required skills :

• 3+ years experience
• Experience conducting adult leadership training
• Aerospace training
• Teaching technical subject matter

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range : $40-$50 per hour.
