Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and inspire a team of customer service associates to meet performance and quality goals
Oversee daily call center operations, including scheduling and performance tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a call center environment with prior leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in coaching and developing team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with contact center systems such as Nice CXone and SAP
Ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
