• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your industry knowledge.
• Support clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth transaction.
• Utilize company tools and resources to manage client relationships and track progress.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide accurate advice to clients.

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of being a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with Sioux Falls, SD, or willingness to quickly learn about the local real estate market.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, supporting and learning from experienced agents.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to manage client relationships and track progress.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
