[job_card.job_description]Set Schedule - 12-hour night shifts : Wednesday and Thursday (7 PM - 7 AM) Supportive Team Culture - Work alongside experienced detox and clinical professionals Specialized Medical Detox Environment - Ideal for nurses seeking experience in behavioral health North Austin Location - Easily accessible via major roadways Complete thorough nursing assessments and withdrawal monitoring Supervise and document medication self-administration per physician orders Coordinate client admissions , intake orders, and physician communications Respond swiftly to medical and psychiatric emergencies Maintain infection control procedures and clinical documentation Serve as house supervisor overnight when necessary Provide end-of-shift handoff reports to day shift and clinical teams Active LVN or LPN license in Texas Availability for night shifts (Wednesday and Thursday 7 PM-7 AM) High school diploma or GED CPR certification (or obtain prior to start) Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to stay calm, make decisions, and work independently overnight Experience in detox, addiction treatment , or behavioral health settings Familiarity with 12-step recovery principles Clinical detox setting using standard medical equipment Duties may involve standing, walking, or lifting (up to 10 lbs.) Must be alert and responsive for the full 12-hour night shift
