$6 Critical Care Differential

$4 Night Differential (starting at 7p)

$10,000 Relocation Bonus (for a 2-year commitment)

Work across a variety of critical care units – gain broad exposure and keep every shift dynamic

What You’ll Do :

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process

Collaborate across disciplines to ensure safe, compassionate, and effective care

Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive patient support and education

Document and communicate clearly with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Play a vital role in patient discharges, referrals, and transitions of care

What We’re Looking For :

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License (Oklahoma or multi-state compact)

Completed professional nursing program approved by a state board of nursing

0–6 months of related experience accepted – new grads with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply

Strong communication, prioritization, and critical thinking skills

Schedule & Details :

Night Shift : 7p – 7a

3x12s, 36 hours per week (schedule may vary)

Full-time, hospital-based, float pool role
