Opportunity Highlights

• ? Join a not-for-profit, independent health system with 110 providers and 19 specialty services
• ? Possibility of being a shareholder of the medical group after 2 years
• ? Loan repayment available
• ? Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm with an option for 4-day workweek
• ? 6 weeks off for vacation / holiday
• ? 28 - 32 patients per day; no call
• ? Includes medical benefits, life insurance, 401(k) plus 10% match, $2,000 for CME, and malpractice

• ? Ability to earn above guaranteed salary if provider exceeds production hours worked
• ? Location is approximately 170 miles northwest of Minneapolis / St. Paul and 25 miles east of the North Dakota border.
