Shift: Days & Nights

Qualifications:

· Associate Degree

Ascp Certified as a MLT

· 1-year general lab or equivalent clinical laboratory training

· Ability to listen, interact and communicate verbally and in writing

· Needs to be certified by the ASCP

Job Responsibilities:

·Show competency in performing testing procedures

· Effective use of laboratory equipment

· Perform and evaluate the Quality Control per Lab policy and procedure

· Assist with laboratory training programs
