Commercial Sales Account Representative(HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Commercial Sales & Maintenance)

Typical earnings : $75,000 $100,000+ annually (base + commission + spiffs)

Were hiring a Commercial Sales Account Representativeto help businesses make informed decisions about their HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. Youll conduct assessments, recommend solutions, build relationships, and close deals for commercial service agreement sales.

What Youll Do

  • Conduct assessments & qualify opportunities
  • Present tailored HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions
  • Manage leads and sales pipeline from first contact to close
  • Build lasting customer relationships and ensure follow-through

What Were Looking For

  • Strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience (HVAC / trades a plus)
  • Comfortable managing multiple leads and following through on details
  • Must be ok with heights / ladders
