Senior Manager of FP&A

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the annual budgeting process, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range planning efforts

Act as a finance partner to Executives and operational leaders, providing insights and analysis on performance

Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the FP&A team

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) roles

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets

Experience in building financial models and dashboards

Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial reporting

Leadership experience in mentoring and developing team members
