Job Overview:
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for welcoming patients to our office, coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Your role will involve working closely with the patient to deliver high-quality care.

Duties:

• Greet and assist patients in the dental office
• Acquire X-rays
• Chart Existing
• Discuss treatment
• Coordinate treatment plans and discuss finances with patients
• Schedule treatments and appointments efficiently
• Collaborate with front office and clinical staff for seamless patient care
• Utilize Open Dental Software
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations in the dental/medical office environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Open Dental is preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in dental scheduling and phone systems
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service
• Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting is required
