A company is looking for a Customer Account Representative - Urology.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls daily

Update account information and place resupply orders for patients

Research insurance payer requirements and troubleshoot equipment problems

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

1 year of customer service experience preferred

1 year of call center experience preferred

Ability to type 40+ words per minute with accuracy

Reliable high-speed internet connection required
