Job Title : Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage, sort, label, and store items in designated locations.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are handled safely to minimize damage.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment, performing routine maintenance checks as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards, reporting any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.

Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse setting where you will be required to lift heavy items, stand, or walk for extended periods. Safety is a top priority, and all employees are expected to adhere to safety regulations and procedures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr.
