Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking a dedicated and collaborative PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our Pediatric Therapy Team in a full-time, hourly position.

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will :

Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment for pediatric patients.

Develop individualized care plans tailored to each child's diagnosis, development, and therapeutic goals.

Supervise and implement appropriate treatment techniques and modalities.

Incorporate patient and family education to support long-term outcomes.

Document all evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with therapy standards.

This role will work day shift Monday-Friday, and rotating inpatient weekend coverage every 6th weekend.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree(or higher) in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.

Current Wisconsin Physical Therapy License(or eligibility).

BLS Certification(or obtained within 90 days of hire).
