In-Home RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Laurel MD 20707

Part-Time Home-Based ABA $18.00$26.00 per hour

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a child in the Laurel MD 20707 area. This position offers consistent weekday afternoon and early-evening hours and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while making an impact in a childs daily environment.

You will help children build communication social and independence skills through structured evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Position Details

  • Service Area : Laurel MD (20707 in-home)
  • Setting : In-home only
  • Schedule : MondayFriday 4 : 00 PM8 : 00 PM
  • Hours : Part-time (under 30 hours / week)
  • Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Pay Range :
  • BT (non-certified) : $18$21 / hr
  • RBT (certified) : $21$26 / hr

What Youll Do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy inside the clients home
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans under BCBA supervision
  • Record accurate session data using digital tools
  • Support the development of communication social and daily living skills
  • Maintain professionalism with families and communicate effectively with your BCBA supervisor

    • QualificationsRequired

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation to the Laurel 20707 service area
  • Willingness to work exclusively in-home
  • Ability to complete training and pass all required background checks

    • Preferred

  • Active RBT certification
  • Experience supporting children with autism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Required Skills :
