Maintenance Technician Job Profile

As a Maintenance Technician, you will partner with the Maintenance Director in creating a safe and vibrant living environment for our residents. Your expertise will make a tangible difference as you focus on :

• Facility Management : Conduct daily walkthroughs, identifying and promptly addressing malfunctions for repair.
• Skilled Maintenance Solutions : Provide skilled attention to maintenance problems and assigned service requests, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Equipment Troubleshooting : Showcase your ability to diagnose and repair various types of equipment.
• Expense Control : Collaborate with the Maintenance Director in managing parts expenses and reviewing costs before purchases.
• Preventive Care : Assist in coordinating preventative maintenance, adhering to specific schedules and protocols.
