    • As a Preschool Teacher, you will :

  • Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children ages 4-5 years.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
  • Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

  • Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
  • Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
  • Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma / GED (required)?

    • There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

    Qualifications :

  • 2-4 years of professional teaching experience preferred. At least 24 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role. Must have an active Colorado Shines account with preservice courses completed and up-to-date.
  • Colorado Shines (PDIS) Credential 3.0 Level 2 (two) or higher required if no ECE degree
  • Federal, State, and local background checks are required.
  • Must be able to work a Full-Time Schedule (5) days per week.

    • Compensation : $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
