Purpose

This role is a key customer-facing position, responsible for managing and growing established accounts throughout the commercial processfrom handling quotation requests to ensuring successful order fulfillment. It offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong customer service and communication skills to build lasting client relationships while ensuring seamless coordination of logistics, invoicing, and order status updates. Additionally, this role plays a crucial part in managing internal processes, including offer preparation, purchase order entry, and contract review, requiring keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for reception, analysis, and acceptance of order requests.
• Contributes to business growth by understanding customer needs and recommending our differentiated products that best fit their requirements.
• Conducts Contract Review to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyzes and incorporates changes in orders as needed.
• Monitors order status and performs post-sale administrative tasks.
• Contributes and participates in key follow-up meetings with customers to ensure alignment and foster long-term relationships.
• Ensures compliance with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
• Safeguards company facilities, equipment, and other physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse.
