About the Role

We are seeking passionate leaders to join our Board of Directors and help us ensure that more children have the opportunity to experience joy, belonging, and medically safe care at no cost. What is Jordan River Village (JRV)? It is Israel's only year-round, medically safe, overnight camp for children with serious illnesses and disabilities located on a fully accessible 64-acre campus in the Lower Galilee, serving families from diverse backgrounds—Jewish, Arab, Druze, and more. Join us to assist in JRV's national expansion, enhance your professional network with like-minded peers, and remain connected to Israel—all with a focused and well-supported time commitment.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Offer strategic guidance and serve as an ambassador in the U.S.
  • Support fundraising efforts and develop key partnerships; nurture important relationships.
  • Ensure best-practice governance through quarterly meetings and committee involvement.
