Types of cases : General, OB, Pediatrics, Urology, ENT, Endoscopy, Gynecology, Orthopedics

Number of cases : Varies; proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals required (caselog verification needed)

Ages : All ages

Requirements : Board Certified, active unrestricted Indiana license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP (AHA only), proof of spinals / blocks / epidurals caselogs, Indiana Patient Compensation Fund COI required

Additional information : Collaborative model; 5 providers daily; 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation; call response time 20 minutes; EMR : Cerner; credentialing 60-90 days (temp privileges available with clean background and malpractice history). $3,000 completion bonus available for providers who work 12 consecutive full weeks at one location with ongoing needs.
